The Opportunity

Lonestar Forklift is currently recruiting for a Branch Administrator to join our growing team in Texas. As a Branch Administrator, you will be responsible for managing critical clerical and administrative functions required for driving company and team success.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist onsite guests, providing excellent customer service
• Answer inbound telephone calls, and direct as needed
• Draft correspondences and formal documents as required
• Develop and implement organized filing systems, maintaining an effective and efficient work environment
• Perform and manage all other office tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous work experience in an administrative or comparable role
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize work tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer service oriented, including the ability to professionally support internal and external customers at all levels
• A positive attitude and a true team player
