The Opportunity
Lonestar Forklift is currently recruiting for a Parts Representative to join our growing team in Texas. As a Parts Representative, you will gain experience working with a wide variety of parts while providing high level service to both internal and external customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist internal and external customers with parts and accessory requests
- Provide industry leading parts support, crafting creative solutions for our customers
- Build rapport with vendors, customers, and technicians to meet customer needs
- Work proactively across departments to enrich customer relations
- Answer customer inquiries, sourcing product, and quoting and ordering parts while ensuring a high level of customer service
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to partner with internal and external customers in a professional and effective manner
- A strong team player who is motivated to achieve results
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of machinery is an asset, but not required
- Related industry experience would be an asset
