CNB Equipment | Now The Corpus Christi Branch of Lonestar Forklift.

We are pleased to share with you the exciting announcement that CNB Equipment (“CNB”) has been acquired by Lonestar Forklift. As you know, CNB Equipment has been a leading provider of materials handling equipment sales, rentals, parts, and support services since 2009, proudly serving customers across the Gulf Coast from its facility in Corpus Christi. We are confident that this integration will enable our teams to serve you better and simultaneously reinforce our position as your leading materials handling dealership in Texas.

This partnership will enhance our ability to offer our expertise and quality support, giving you more peace of mind without increasing your costs or service wait times.

To amplify the effectiveness of our upcoming integration efforts, CNB Equipment will begin operating as the Corpus Christi branch of Lonestar Forklift effective November 15, 2023.

The biggest change you will see in the coming months is our team’s email addresses will be changing to @lonestarforklift.com email addresses. They will continue to receive emails sent to their @cnbequipment.com email addresses, we appreciate you updating your contact records for our team once you start receiving emails from their @ lonestarforklift.com email addresses.

Our banking information for payment remittance has also changed, notice was sent to customers with an email contact on file. Contact us for details.  

We will be transitioning to the Lonestar Forklift name throughout the remainder of 2023 and you will see this reflected in our building signage, stationary, service vehicle branding, Google local listing, and website in the coming months. 

We want to assure you that the following aspects will not change as the transition takes place:

• You will continue to work with the same people at CNB Equipment that you have in the past. All of our people are being retained in their current roles.
• The products and services we have provided you in the past will continue to be offered under the Lonestar Forklift name.
• Credit accounts and existing limits will remain exactly the same.
• Existing service agreements and warranty coverage will continue unchanged.

We understand that change can sometimes be unsettling, but we want to assure you that this acquisition represents a positive step forward for our business and yours as we integrate our teams to better support your equipment and training needs.
