Not sure which level works best for your needs? If you’re looking at training a new employee in the best practices of rigging, we recommend starting with the basic rigging training course as the content presented is applicable for most scenarios. The intermediate and advanced rigging courses serve as a great option for upgrading on the foundation given by the basic course. That being said, if the operator is going to working with complex equipment and difficult loads right away, it is highly recommended to invest in the advanced rigging training. This training would ensure that the operator is presented with knowledge and theory for all equipment and scenarios, preparing them for even the most complex loads and jobs. If you’re still unsure of the program that is best suited to your needs, our training team is always here to help!

Rigging Training Assessment & Completion

Testing will be conducted throughout this online rigging training to reinforce the information presented. A score of at least 80% or higher must be obtained in each course to receive a certificate of completion. If this mark is not obtained on the first attempt, 2 additional attempts will be allowed (3 attempts in total).

Upon the successful completion of this online rigging safety training, a certificate of completion will be made available for download and print. Please note that some jurisdictions require a further practical assessment to be completed before a full operating license is granted. It is the responsibility of the operator to be aware of these regulations.

The content and theory presented throughout this course has been designed to comply with all requirements outlined in:

  • CSA Z150-98
  • ANSI & ASME rigging standards
